Cancellations will be considered if the request is submitted within 24 hours of placing an order. Myilai will evaluate the cancellation request based on the current order status and other relevant factors. If the order has already been confirmed or shipped, it will not be eligible for cancellation. In the event of a cancellation request received before confirmation, Myilai will issue a full refund of the amount paid. However, please note that cancellations will not be entertained for custom-packed products specially prepared for a customer.

Return / Replacement: Return/Replacement requests will be considered only if the request is made to the Myilai support team within 6 hours of receiving the delivery of the item. This timeframe allows us to promptly address any concerns or issues that may arise after the delivery. Valid reasons for return or replacement could include receiving an incorrect item or a product that has gone bad. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide adequate evidence, such as clear photographs or detailed descriptions, to support their claim and facilitate the return or replacement process. This evidence helps us understand the issue better and allows us to resolve it in a timely manner. Therefore, we are unable to provide a refund if the taste of the product is not to the customer's liking, as long as the product is within its expiry date.

Damaged Products: In the case of a damaged product, please report it to our support team within 6 hours of receiving the shipment. Provide necessary information, including photographs, so we can address the issue with the shipping partner. Myilai will offer a refund/replacement to the customer upon a positive decision.

Product Replacements: For product replacements, customers will receive a new pack of the same product. If the identical product is unavailable, an equivalent product will be shipped after consulting with the customer.

Refund Process: Myilai typically processes refunds within 1-2 business days after approval. Once approved, the request is forwarded to our Payment Gateway partner, who advises a processing time of 6-8 business days for the refund to be completed.
